ChargeGuard is a free, open source project. This page covers this website and the ChargeGuard app.
The website
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no ads, and no form on the site collects anything. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, Vercel processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect against abuse, as described in Vercel's privacy policy.
Downloads and source code
Downloads and the source code are hosted on GitHub. When you download ChargeGuard or follow a link to GitHub, GitHub's privacy statement applies.
The app
ChargeGuard runs entirely on your Mac. It has no account, sends no telemetry and makes no network connections: the links in its About tab open in your browser. Its settings and logs stay on your Mac.
Changes
If any of this changes, for example when the newsletter opens, this page will say so before anything is collected.
